Stratford Padel Club

Our STORY

With 9 indoor courts and over 47,000 players registered, we are the only dedicated padel club in the UK focused on player engagement and development, regardless of players level.

At Stratford Padel Club, we believe that padel is not just about competition and skills, it’s about making lasting connections. While the thrill of the game initially draws players in, it’s the lasting bond and camaraderies formed that make them lifelong members. We pride ourselves on building a welcoming community united by a shared passion and driven by acceptance, inclusion, and a great sense of belonging.

On our courts, high-fives outnumber fist-bumps. Laughter echoes louder than grunts. And post-match beers taste better alongside friends. Here, whether you’re a seasoned padel pro or a complete novice, you’ll find unwavering support on your journey of growth. Come for the game, stay for the people!

Set across the road from the iconic location of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the club offers pay and play matches, private and group lessons, corporate and social events and tournaments.

Owned by a group of friends, with no input from large investors or private equity houses, we were committed to increasing sports participation since our launch in Dec 2018.

Now, we have achieved numbers that show how we lead the way in the sport:

  • Over 47000 registered players
  • Since opening, we’ve welcomed players to more than 130 tournaments, helping grow the competitive scene in the UK. 26 tournaments hosted only in 2025.
  • Our events include key national and international competitions such as LTA Grade 1 & 2, FIP RISE and FIP SILVER, each drawing strong interest from the community.
  • Encouraging women’s participation is a big priority for us, and we’re delighted to host some of the most well-attended women’s events in the country (84 players in February 2025).
  • We’ve had the opportunity to work with over 350 corporate groups for team-building sessions, with many returning year after year.
  • Court usage remains consistently high, with 3–4 courts daily dedicated to coaching programmes that support players at every level.
